Daphne Stephenson is considered one of the foremost and prolific artists working in Britain today.
Her work has been exhibited at The Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and she was Chaiman of ABNA for over 9 years.
She was awarded an artist in residence place for Masterworks Museum in Bermuda and her last two exhibitions were ING Bank in the city and Cork St. Piccadilly.
Well travelled and now settled back in London where she has her studio, Daphne’s work is a distillation of her visual experiences. Her oil paintings are exuberant worlds of fantasy, tropical islands, lush vegetation, birds, flowers, sun and sea.
Daphne’s works are well sought after by certain collectors and hang in many parts of the world. Her largest collection hangs in Lyford Cay in the Bahamas.
