Diane Evans Back

I trained as a Nurse and Midwife in my twenties at St Georges Hospital and The Radcliffe Infirmary.
I then attended The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art in Oxford with many guilty feelings along the way!
I married soon after and followed my husband to the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific where he worked as a Doctor.
We then settled in Leicester and four children didn’t leave a lot of time for painting.
However, my passion for painting has grown over the years especially since moving to a beautiful part of North Wales.
I can’t stop – it makes me happy and the nice thing is when people buy my work and say it makes them smile.
