A self taught artist, Maureen has had little formal art training. She works with a naive approach to create her fictional Harbours.
Her painting style has been perfected over many years of constantly painting, drawing from observation and closely observing the
world around her. She recalls ‘ many family holidays spent at the coast ‘ have influenced her Harbour range. Maureen has enjoyed
a successful career as a licenced artist. This success has seen her work reproduced world wide on various products. These products
range from greetings cards to canvas prints and every form of tableware imaginable. These images will be familiar in homes across
the U.K. U.S.A. and Canada. The sustained interest in these images have meant her agents, ‘Image by Design’ are continuing to market
them in trade fairs around the world – most recently New York, and so their global appeal continues.
