Neil was born in 1961 in Ilfracombe Devon where he still lives.

Neil began to paint after a long period of severe anxiety when a friend suggested that to get creative would be very therapeutic. He also makes lamps out of odd collections of things, and enjoys working with his hands.

He never plans a painting…It just happens as he goes along……..
