Roy is an artist who takes inspiration from the coastal towns, villages and countryside of the South and West. His love of animals has helped him create a world populated by a collection of quirky and funny creatures. Welcome to the World of Gerald the Gull and Nipper the Crab!
Roy spent 33 years working as a Cartographic Draughtsman/Mapmaker. When he retired he discovered his love of painting and develop a style that is bright , cheerful and childlike. He has had little formal training in Art but did manage to get a GCE “O” Level in the subject when he was at school.
