I was introduced to drawing and painting relatively late in life and so enjoy the creative process I have discovered.

Naive art is something I was always naturally drawn to as I love the honest and refreshing quality pictures tend to have. I like to experiment and try different styles and techniques, with my favourite medium being oil.

I am a member of several art groups and have attended many demonstrations and workshops. I always enjoy these as every artist has a different approach and there is always something to learn from their individual style and approach. I have exhibited in many local art exhibitions.

I am a full member of Woking Art Society (in Surrey) for the last four years, and have now been a full member of ABNA for the last two years. I have also been successful in having paintings accepted in the Spring and Christmas Open Exhibitions at the St Ives Society of Artists.

I have lived in Surrey most of my life. My husband and I have now made St Ives our permanent home.
