About
I have always drawn, sewn, made and painted, but I started to focus more on painting about 10 years ago. I work mostly in acrylics, occasionally adding collaged materials, and am inspired by the landscape around me.
My paintings aim to give a ‘feel’ of a place and certain elements may be added, subtracted, or moved around to improve the composition. Some paintings are of entirely fictional places which nonetheless still retain echoes of places I have visited.
I live in South Wales and exhibit at Victoria Fearn Gallery in Cardiff.
